Description: Known for their clean and tangy flavor, the La Bonne Vie Blueberry Vanilla goat cheese logs are made year-round from the high quality, fresh goats milk flavored with a bourbon vanilla bean extract, smothered with wild blueberries that are full of flavor and then vacuum-packed to lock in freshness.

Description: As a delicious treat for your breakfast or dessert, we hand-rub freshly roasted espresso into sweet, sugary BellaVitano wheels aged to creamy perfection. We thank our artisan craft-roasting friends for getting up early to make the coffee — and helping us open the judges’ eyes at the World Cheese Awards this year.

Description: A specialty blended creamy cheddar with a delightful bite without being over-powering. A natural drink pairing would be a Brown Ale or a full-bodied wine such as Shiraz or Zinfandel.

Description: A British standout from Long Clawson Cheesemakers. Mouthwatering layers of rich, creamy Double Gloucester and tangy Blue Stilton.

Hand-finished Huntsman is comprised of a double layer of Double Gloucester with a ring of Blue Stilton sandwiched in between. It makes a perfect centerpiece for a cheeseboard, and is delicious with a pint of cold ale in a Ploughman’s lunchbox.

Description: Premium Tequila & Habanero Pepper Infused Specialty Cheddar. The Rattlesnake is a true flavor experience — spicy, sweet, tropical, and HOT. Golden tequila and Habanero peppers infused with mellow, medium-aged Cheddar.

Description: La Bonne Vie brings you a Truffle Flavored Soft-Ripened Cheese that starts with a subtle creamy hint. The truffle characteristic is quite evident and resonates with a balanced truffle aroma. As the cheese ripens, it develops buttery undertones. A nutty finish complements the truffle flavor well helping to bring out the lovely depth and complexities.

Description: An Irish semi-hard specialty cheese. Cheddar Cheese with Red Wine is pasteurized cow’s milk cheese produced in Ireland. This handcrafted cheese, blended with organic red wine gives an attractive taste and fruity flavor. In 2011, this blended cheese won a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards.

Description: Wensleydale with Cranberries is a hand-made Yorkshire cheese that is sold fresh at 3 weeks. The cheese has a sweet flavor of the fruity succulence of cranberries with an aftertaste of honey. Wensleydale is produced primarily with pasteurized cow’s milk with sheep’s milk added as a flavor enhancement. A White Stilton with Cranberries, the combination of the fresh mild, creamy White Stilton, and the full flavor of whole juicy cranberries is delightful.

Description: Marion Cahill made Irish Plain Porter Cheese from pasteurized cow’s milk and Guinness-brewer Porter since 1759. It is blended to create a visually dramatic mosaic pattern which is the most attractive feature of the cheese other than its deep flavor.
The flavors of this brown waxed gourmet cheese are full, rich, tangy and chocolaty with a pungent finish. It is quite versatile—sliced, grilled or enjoyed with a cold stout or an ale.

Ingredients: cow’s milk, Irish Porter ale. Irish Porter is a vegetarian cheese as the curds and whey are separated with vegetable rennet.
